LVL Structural Engineered Wood (Flagship Product)

Our LVL is manufactured using weather-resistant phenolic adhesives and precision-engineered veneer layups, resulting in structural elements that are:

• Twice as strong as steel by weight (Handbook p.3)
• Dimensionally stable with no warping or twisting
• Available in 6–18 m custom lengths
• Tested for 75 MPa bending strength and 12 GPa modulus of elasticity
• Fire-resistant up to 60 minutes and suitable for extreme temperature environments

• Walls, floors, roof systems
• Heavy timber and modular buildings

Specialty Solid Wood Boards (Douglas Fir & Southern Yellow Pine)

• FSC-certified sustainable raw materials
• Multi-layer directional lamination technology for stability
• Moisture content tolerance within ±1%
• Applications: mining temporary supports, formwork, industrial packaging, structural panels

Modular Building Components

• Structural connectors
